  • Which currency is displayed on this store?

    All prices indicated are in Australian Dollars (AUD$) and will transact in AUD$ at the checkout.
  • Do you ship internationally?

    We ship to select locations outside of Australia. To view our current list of destinations, please visit our Shipping page.
  • Which payment methods do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We also offer Afterpay and Laybuy for Australian customers only.
  • How long will it take for my order to get to me?

    It all depends on when you placed your order and where you are located. Please visit our Shipping page for delivery estimates.
  • Can I change the details of my order or cancel it completely?

    In order to ensure that orders are despatched in the quickest time possible, our warehouse staff work extra hours that may be outside of our customer support hours. If you are needing to change any details of your order we strongly suggest that you contact us immediately. However in most cases we are not able to guarantee that we can change or cancel your order.
  • Do I have to pay import duties and taxes for my purchase?

    For international customers, you may be required to pay applicable import duties and taxes. These are determined and are incurred by your local customs office. Any additional duties, taxes or other fees must be paid by the customer before delivery can occur. We highly recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information regarding duties and taxes.
  • I'm missing an item from my order, what should I do?

    If you are missing an item from your order, please contact our customer support team by using the Contact Us page. It may be a situation of having to fulfil the item from a seperate warehouse and may still be coming in a second delivery.

  • How long will my return take to be processed?

    In most cases returns are processed within 1-3 working days of us receiving them; however, during busy periods it may take up to 5 working days. You will receive an email from our customer support team once we have processed your return.
